Sunday school
This year, we are studying the Sacraments.  We have started with some of the biggest ideas – what are Sacraments (“a Sacrament is an outward sign instituted by Christ to give grace”) and what is grace (“unmerited mercy”).  (Grown-ups might be surprised at just how well children understand these verities!)  We will delve into each of the Sacraments, learning about where and how Christ gave them to us and how they fit into our corporate life in the Church and into our individual lives as Christians today.

We are using the Scriptural texts, supplemented by the St. Joseph Catechism (Primary Grades), and materials from several different Christian instructional resources.  In addition, there are lively discussions and the opportunity to draw (and later on, we will have the chance to paint in watercolors).  And, because this is such a musical bunch, we are learning some special songs to present to Father Moyer and the rest of the Fellowship.  We meet immediately after Mass, while parents attend the adult Catechism Class.  Please feel free to join us.

If you have any questions, please e-mail Bishop Moyer through the Contact Us page.
